GST Reports not generating - Error message - "Something went wrong. We are working on it"

Hello!

 

Once I generate GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports, I am getting the error message - "Something went wrong. We are working on it."

 

I checked other posts and I cleared caches and cookies. I even tried in different browsers, private window and also in different computers - I am getting the same error.

 

All other reports except GST reports are working fine.

 

Can you please help me with this?

Errors when trying to run a report like GSTR can often be fix using the steps you've mentioned. Since you're still experiencing the same error after trying out those steps, it would be best to contact our QuickBooks Care Support. They can conduct a deeper investigation to identify the cause and come up with a permanent fix.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback. 
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
