Let's try running the report on an incognito window, bethvansyckle-gm.

It is where we can confirm if the error is cause by a browser-related issue. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Once cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected browser issues.

We also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

Also, if you want to add or remove some data on the report, you can modify it. Here's an article as your guide: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have any additional concerns with your QuickBooks account. Have a good day!
