Hi I've been trying to run Vat Liability report for last couple of days but it keeps coming up with error saying "something went wrong and we are working on it".

I'd like to help and make sure you can pull up the VAT liability report.

 

Your computer stores a lot for browser cache that helps load web pages faster. But over time these temporary internet files can be corrupted and outdated  to problems when opening websites like QBO.

 

To start, let's open your QuickBooks Online Account using a private window or incognito mode on your browser.

 

Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge - press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox - press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari - press Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, let's try to pull up your VAT report again. If this works, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear cache to have a clean slate. 

 

If the issue persists, I suggest you use another supported browser. It could be that your browser has temporary issues while browsing QuickBooks.
