Hi there! Is there a way to make a bulk update on the product list? Lets say I have a sheet with all SKUs, Costs, an quantity on hand and I want to upload it? Can I?

Allow me to help share information about updating the product list in QuickBooks Online. 

Currently, the ability to update products by batch is unavailable. You’ll want to update them one at a time.

However, you have the option to import them into QuickBooks. You can create a new list and overwrite it to the existing one since it can make an old product inactive. 

Once you import a list, it can't be undone. You can only import 1,000 rows at a time. If your list is longer than that, you can split them instead to multiple files.

Here are the steps to upload them:

1. Go to the Gear icon. 
2. Select Import Data under Tools.
3. Click Products and Services.
4. Hit Browse to upload a file.
5. Find and select your Excel file. Select Open, then Next.
6. Map your information.
7. Click Next.
8. Select Overwrite all values for each product or service with the same name, then hit Import.
