It's nice to have you here, da-subwaysp-gmai.

I can help share some insights about adjusting decimals/percentage values on a report in QuickBooks Online. When creating a report that includes a percentage column, for instance on a Profit & Loss report the amount will show rounded to two places to the right of the decimal instead of as a whole number.  If you want the numbers whole, you may consider customize it to make it a whole number. Note: This will also affect the dollar amounts and produce them as a whole number.

I'll show you how to do it:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select the desired report.
  2. Click the Customize button.
  3. Go to the Rows/Columns section and scroll to the Add Sub-columns for Comparison: area.
  4. Click the box to the left of the desired percentage information, if not already selected.
  5. To the left click on Numbers.
  6. Under Show all Numbers: click on the box to the left of Without Cents.
  7. Click the Run Report button.

You can also utilize the export feature and customize it within Excel.

By following these instructions, you'll have the adjusted decimals/percentage values on a report.
