How do I add 2 more people from our accounting company to our account for audit and accounting purposes?

It depends on where your country is. it would be easier to manage if there is QBO Accountant version for your country. Otherwise, you can only manage up to 5 users including the Master Admin.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'll guide you in adding users to your QBO company.

 

In QuickBooks Online Accountant, simply click the Team menu in the navigation bar and click Add user on the Team pane. Then, enter their profile information and specify their access to your firm and books. On the next page, select which client files you want them to have access to.
