You can use the Audit Log to view your customer statement's status, Ldecaul. Let me help you navigate this feature and fill in information where we can get the statement's details.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Audit Log provides a historical record of actions, detailing when, where, and by whom they were performed. To view an overview of your statement event's timeframe, click the View option.

Here's how:

  1. Log into the QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear Icon, then select Audit Log under Tools.

  3. Look for the statement you've created. You can use the Filter buttons to narrow down the display.
  4. Click on the View to show the overall history.

For more information on configuring the Audit Log, refer to this resource: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

In addition to statements, QBO automates reminders for your customer's due invoices. Consult this article for guidance on setting up and creating them: Send invoice reminders automatically or manually in QuickBooks Online.
