Hi there, @Jenny01

I can guide you on how you can view your customer statements.

You can view the statements you created or sent in QuickBooks Online using the Audit Log report. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Audit Log under Tools.
  3. Click the Filter button.
  4. Choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Under the Events section, click the radio button beside Show all events.
  6. Tap Apply.

To learn more about the process, check out this article: Use audit log in QuickBooks Online

It will display all of your transactions based on the filtered date. You might want to enable the Email me a copy feature in the settings moving forward. It allows you to send a copy of an email you sent to a customer. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. From the Your Company column, choose Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Sales tab on the left.
  4. In the Messages section, click the Edit icon.
  5. Put a check mark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
  6. Tap Save. Then, Done.

QuickBooks offers a few customisation options for statements. If you’d like to personalize them even more, check out this article for complete instructions: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, here’s a reference that tackles how to create templates for recurring transactions: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online. It includes steps to edit and duplicate existing templates if you already have one.

Please don’t hesitate to add a comment if you have any other questions or concerns besides customer statements. I’ll be here to help. Take care always!
