How frequently the bank accounts are updated? In our case it was last done on 23rd July, since then no updation. Why? Can we change the periodicity of updation?

Making sure that your bank transactions are updated is my priority, @ps-narayan.

The data displayed in QuickBooks depends on the information shared by your bank. Usually, banks do their transfers through the night. Your account's information is not updated and available for download until this activity is complete, around between 2 and 6 eastern times. 

Here are a few possible reasons why your bank account is not updating the transactions:

• Your bank's website is undergoing maintenance,
• A server issue with the data transfer between us and the bank's website.
• The bank recently made some changes with their security feature or connection.
• Log in credentials set up in QBO doesn't match with the online banking login.
• QuickBooks Online is unable to connect to your bank's website.

First, let's manually update the bank accounts. This way, it'll refresh the bank connections to help sync all your transactions in QBO. Here's how:

1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
2. Choose the blue tile for the bank account.
3. Click Update.
4. If prompted, enter your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. 
5. Select Continue Update. 
6. Repeat the process for the other bank accounts. 

Once your transactions are updated, you can start reviewing and categorizing them.

If the manual updates don't work, there may have been an issue on the banks' end. You'd want to sign in to your bank’s website. Then, check if there are alerts that need your attention, such as new security requirements. Just make sure to use the URLs you're using in QuickBooks.
