How to add refund,cash memo in customer statement ?

You can select the Balance Forward statement type, Corporationswast. It will show you the customer's transactions, like invoices, refunds, and credit memos.
 

Let me share with you the steps:

  1. Click Sales.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Select the customer.
  4. Click New transaction, then select Statement.
  5. Under Statement Type, select Balance Forward.
  6. Select the Statement Date, Start Date, and End Date, then click Apply.
  7. Click Print or Preview.

If everything looks good, click Print or Save and send.
