How to down load ledger statement

You can run and export the General Ledger report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The steps to do this are pretty simple. Here's how:

1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane to get to the Standard report page.
2. In the search field, type General Ledger and select it on the drop-down to open.
3. Make the necessary changes to the report if necessary.
4. Click the Export drop-down between the Print and Gear icon, then choose Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
