You can email the balance sheet report directly from QuickBooks Online (QBO) or export it through Excel or PDF file and manually email it to your accountant, Beauty.

Please change the reporting period before sending it to your accountant. Here's how:

1. Go to the left panel and click the Report menu.
2. From the Standard Reports tab, search the Balance Sheet report.
