Hello there, purchase.

There are a variety of stock/inventory reports that QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers. You can pull up the Stock Take Worksheet report to view the complete list of your stock items and their quantity on hand. Then, you can manually export it to an Excel file and manually remove the zero stock item. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in Stock in the search box, then select Stock Take Worksheet.
  3. Select the Gear icon at the top of the report to update its columns.
  4. Click the Export icon.
  5. Choose Export to Excel.

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

Moreover, some reports are only available to a specific QBO subscription. If you wish to learn more which reports are accessible for your version, kindly refer to this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Furthermore, you can customise reports to focus on the details that matter the most. For the step-by-step guide, you can check out this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
