I am unable to find TDS Payable report in my Quick books account. Earlier I can see that report.

I know how important for you to run the TDS report. I can share some troubleshooting steps so you'll be able to run the report.

 

The missing options may be caused by a corrupted cache store in your browser. Let's access your account using an incognito window. This mode disables the saving of cache. The shortcut keys are as follows:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of any unwanted internet files. You can also open your account in a different supported browser.
