I am using QBO and want to use the Cash Flow Forecast Planner but after upgrading to Plus I cannot access it and can never get a chat session

Occasionally, special characters in your company name can cause loading problems. If your name contains any disallowed characters, it may result in errors. You can find a list of acceptable characters in the article: What characters are acceptable in company names in QuickBooks Online?

If there are two or more adjacent dollar signs ($$, $$$, etc.) in any list or transaction data, this may prevent the page from loading properly. For instance, using "College $$" in the memo field of a check could cause issues.

Additionally, accessing QuickBooks Online in multiple tabs may also lead to blank pages. To avoid this, please use the following method:

1. While signed in to QuickBooks in one tab, copy the entire web address from the browser’s address bar.
2. Open a new tab and paste the copied address there, then press Enter. This will load your company's homepage in the new tab.
