I canceled my suscription a year ago and qb still debiting my credit card every month what can i do to reverse this and ask for a credit?

The cancelation attempts may be unsuccessful. You should receive an email confirmation about the cancellation. Since billing issues require confidential information such as credit card information, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support. They'll be able to go into your account and see what was charged.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Choose Start a chat.
