I cant find an option to generate monthly statements for my customers - can you help ? It doesn't appear under batch actions as it is meant to ?

    In QB Solopreneur, you can choose a specific customer to view the statement, which will appear in a reporting format. Additionally, to collect all customer records into a single report, it is advisable to modify the Statement List report and select "All" in the customer filter section. I'll gladly outline the steps to get you going:

     

    1. Access your QuickBooks Solopreneur company.
    2. On the left navigational bar, select Customers and goals.
    3. Choose a customer and then click icon beside the Export icon
    4. Select Statements list report.
    5. Click the Customise button to modify the report and ensure it shows accurate results from a specific period.
    6. Once done, click the Run report button.

     

    If you wish to download the statement, click the Export icon beside the Printer icon.
