I have a "There's a problem now. we are working on this" sign and I cant reach my reports, which I surely don't have a back up for my information, please I need help, tks

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases regarding this report error. In the meantime, let's do some troubleshooting steps to ensure it is not browser-related. Clearing the browser's cache is one of the recommended solutions when getting errors in QuickBooks Online. It helps refresh website preferences that might be causing issues when running reports.

 

Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private/incognito browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.
