Question

I have full access to reports but am unable to view the Business Snapshot Report. I was previously able to access it without any issues. What's the problem?

    The problem you're experiencing is a possible cause of a cache issue. Browsers use cache to speed up the loading of web pages, but over time, this can lead to unexpected behavior in applications.

     

    To resolve this, log in to your QBO account using an incognito or private browser window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

     

    Then, try to access the report again. If it's successful, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected. 

     

    In addition, you can generate reports for your inventory to monitor the sales and current status of your products and services more effectively.

    I tried to log in in incognito and in a different browser but it's still the same.
