I just signed up 30 min ago but missed/ or didn't see any option to change country to US (from JP). The customer support keeps leaving the chat without a word.. any help?

What is the best way for me to get my US account if the customer support team isn't answering/helping.. 😞

You need to signup for QBO US version, correct? You can try this link

Don't forget to cancel your QBO Global version for Japan.

If you signed up for the QBO JP region and wanted to use the US region. You'll have to cancel your QBO JP account first to avoid charges in the future. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Subscriptions and billing.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  4. Follow the on-screen steps.
