I'll help you get your February statement, @kumma1990.

If you need to view customer statements, you can go to the Sales menu and select the All sales tab to create a February customer statement.

Let me show you how:

  1. Select the Sales menu on the left panel.
  2. Go to the All sales tab and then click Filter.
  3. In the Type dropdown, select Statements.
  4. Choose the date range from the Date dropdown.
  5. Select the customers you want to see statements for from the Customer dropdown.
  6. Then click Apply.

I've added an article as your reference: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you wanted to view your QuickBooks Online payment history, you can follow these steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.

Additionally, you can bookmark the Community Help articles page to learn more about managing your account and customers.

Let me know if you need more help with statements. I'll get back to you. Have a great Sunday.
