Hey there, @eng-magdigalal.

It could be that someone has deleted your stored expenses and journal entries in your account. This can be the reason why you're unable to find them.

However, we can use the Audit log to check your audit trail to see who made changes to your books and what they did. Here's how:

  1. Sign in as an admin, then go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Click Filter and use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  3. Select Apply.

The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history.

If someone deleted these transactions, you have to manually recreate them. For additional reference, please check these articles:

If no one made changes to your account, let's run some basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes too much cache build up in a browser might cause unexpected behavior with the product.

Let's fix out by opening your account using a private window. This will help us isolate the issue and resolve it. You can access this by pressing the following keys:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to see the transactions, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or use a different supported browser instead. This issue might steam from the main browser itself.

Additionally, you can use Profit and Loss Comparison Reports to compare your income and expenses for different time periods. This shows you how your business is performing over time.
