I got you covered, @edel-sheqtrainin.

But before we get started, did you happen to encounter any error messages while trying to create a statement? If yes, would you mind if I ask what specific error did you get? This is for me to be able to provide you with an appropriate solution based on the error you're getting. Any additional information or a screenshot will be much appreciated.

While waiting for your reply, let's perform some troubleshooting steps in the meantime to check if this is a browser-related issue.

First, let's log in to your account using a private browser and create a statement to check if it was caused by temporary internet files.

Here's how to do private browsing:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If the aging table shows on the statement, it's safe to say that it's being caused by the browser. We can fix this by clearing your regular browser's cache and cookies.

However, if the same data appears on the statement even when using a private browser, you'll have to switch to another browsing application. Here's a list of supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari 11 or newer

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you personalise and add specific info to your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

We'll be here in case you have additional questions with regard to managing your customer statements in QuickBooks Online. Assistance is just a reply away. Take care.
