Question

I uploaded journal entries through Sassant. I can also search for them in QBO, but they don't appear on the report when I generate it. What do you think is the issue? tia

These journal entries were dated January 2024; I double-checked the dates, thinking they might have shifted to another month, but when I try to generate reports from January to May 2024, transactions still do not appear.

I'll share some reports that you can run in QuickBooks Online that will show the Journal entries you uploaded, MC.

Before we proceed, I would like to know what report you run in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to see the Journal entries in a report, you can run the Journal report. You can also customize it and add a filter to show only the Journal entries.

Another option is if your Journal entry affected the income account, you can run reports related to income or sales. If it affects the bank or liability account, you can run a balance sheet report.

Moreover, I'll add this article to help you update or correct your journal entry: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions about running reports for Journal entries. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
