I will see all the transaction of an employee a sort of Quick report how can I do that in the QuickBooks online?

Hello there, @militzatromp-gma!

 

Let's pull up and customise your Paycheck List report to see the transactions of your employee. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Under Payroll, select Paycheck List.
  3. On the Date Range menu, select the appropriate payroll period.
  4. Select an employee.
  5. Click Run report.
