If do tried to generate Trial balance report for on month , But its automatically previous months expenses is also added. How can we export with previous month?

The Trial Balance report generates data depending on the date set up. You can log in to an incognito window and export the information from last month. Using this mode helps the program to work without experiencing odd behaviors since it doesn't have a stored cache. Once done, please follow the steps below:
 

1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
2. Enter Trial Balance report in the search field.
3. Make sure to set the correct report period.
4. Then, let's not forget to click the Run report button. This ensures that only the data from the previous month reflects on the report.

Afterward, click the Export icon drop-down arrow and select Export to Excel. Here's a sample screenshot for additional reference:

If everything works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. You can also log in to our supported browser browsers.

Also, know that you can personalize the report the way you want by clicking the Customise button at the upper-right corner.
