Question

In QBO India, the report TDS Payable is not available.

TDS is properly recorded in transactions but in All Reports>Accounting Reports>TDS payable is not available. I searched from Reports by typing report name , but still not available . Any idea !!

You can count on me with your TDS Payable report concern, @551738418.

 

We have an ongoing investigation (INV-52534) about the missing TDS Payable report in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured, our product engineers are aware of this and are all hands on deck for a fix. 

 

In this case, I recommend contacting our support team. This way, they can include you in the list of affected users and notify you via email once the resolution is available.

 

Here's how to get in touch with one of our representatives:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon at the top, and then choose Contact Us.
  2. If you're routed to the QB Assistant page, select the Talk to a human option.
  3. Then type it again when prompted.
  4. Choose I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
  5. When asked by the bot, enter your question or concern, like "INV-52534.
  6. Click Let’s talk.
  7. Select the Chat option.
  8. Fill out all the required info, and then follow the on-screen prompts to continue.

Meanwhile, I've got a workaround to get you going. You can run an Account QuickReport to view your TDS balances.

 

Please follow along below to get this done right away:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu, and then choose the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Look for and select the TDS Payable account.
  3. Select Run report from the Account history drop-down.

After fixing the TDS Payable issue, you can customize the said report to get the details you need. Then, memorize it to keep a copy for later use.

Hello there, @Kumar-OATS.

 

We currently have an ongoing issue wherein the TDS Payable Report not showing on the Reports Tab. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior and now investigating to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

While they do, if you haven't contacted our Customer Care Team, I recommend reaching out so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll be notified through email once the issue is resolved. Just provide this investigation number INV-52534 for easy tracking.

 

You can follow the steps shared by my colleague above for contact information of our support and how to run the TDS Payable report as a workaround.
