It's great to have you here in the Community, @pamela11_2.

You can generate a Supplier Balance report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, please note that this report is only available for QBO Essential and Plus, and not for QBO Simple Start.

To start with, we can generate a Supplier Balance Summary report, which displays the total amount you owe each supplier.  Alternatively, we can use the Supplier Balance Detail report, which provides your unpaid bills and the total amount you owe each supplier.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu on the left panel.
  2. This will open a page that lists all reports available in QBO.
  3. Choose the Standard tab and scroll to the What you owe section
  4. From there, double-click on Supplier Balance Summary or Supplier Balance Detail to view the complete details.

I've included these screenshots for your visual reference; however, the names listed are merely examples and are not actual.
