My custom reports that included Ungrouped Tags no longer populate because Ungrouped Tags is no longer an option on that report. Help!

However, browser issues or other technical hiccups can cause the system to behave unexpectedly. Since you're unable to see the Ungrouped tags option, I'd like to share some troubleshooting steps that can resolve issues like this.

Let's start by using a private/incognito browsing session. This approach prevents your device from utilizing and storing browsing history, cookies, site data, or previously entered form information. Here are the shortcut keys to quickly open an incognito window across different browsers:

• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, go back to the Reports menu and check if you can see the custom report for Ungrouped tags.

If you can see it, clear your browser's cache to remove any data that's causing the issue.
