My quickbooks is not supporting certain features like reports, taxes and projects?

You might be using the Essentials or the Simple Start version that’s why you don't have the Project feature, aahmad.

You’ll need to subscribe to the Plus version so you’ll be able to use Projects. Aside from upgrading, you can also use sub-customers as projects. Please check this article for information on how to add sub-customers: Manage your customer list.

For the Taxes feature, you can activate it by going to Taxes from the left menu the select Set up Tax. Refer to this article for additional insights: How do I set up sales GST/VAT rates and use them on forms? (International QBO)
