Hello there, @amandagodet85. Let me share some details about why you're seeing two payments in your accounts.

Firstly, we can review your billing history to trace the origin of these payments. This will allow us to investigate and determine where they're coming from. You can visit the look-up a charge here to view your charge history in Intuit.

Moreover, you may also open your QuickBooks Online account to see the billing history. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Subscription and billing.

From there on, you'll see all the active subscriptions here.

If you still can't determine the charges, you can contact our support team to investigate this further. They have the expertise and necessary tools to help get you through this concern. To do so, here's how:

  1. 1.Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
  3. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
  4. Write your issue or concern and Continue.
  5. Select what support you would like to contact.

You can check this article for more information regarding your billing payment and subscription: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

You can always get back to us if you have further concerns regarding these payments you're seeing. We'll always have your back.
