I'd like to know more about this, though. What do you mean by not working? Are there any missing transactions? Or, are you unable to see any transactions at all?

 

In the meantime, we'll perform some basic troubleshooting. We'll start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to identify web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the report is working using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program.

 

Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue. 

 

However, if you want a live agent, here's how you can get in touch with one:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Enter "I need a human" again in the Type something field.
  5. Click No, I still need help, then select Contact Support Team.
  6. Select Chat.
