Is there a way to create a recurring invoices report where I can see what invoices are set up to go out monthly?

Welcome to the Community, @pjw62.

 

I'll show you how to open a report for your recurring invoices.

 

Open a Recurring Template List report to view your recurring transactions in one location. You can find out from this which accounts on your chart of accounts are connected.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Reports from the Business Overview menu, or go directly to Reports.
  2. Locate and open the Recurring Template List.
  3. Select Customize to make the report your own.
  4. Select to expand the Filter section.
  5. Tick the Distribution Account checkbox. Additionally, you can choose particular accounts from the dropdown.
  6. Choose Run report.

 

You now have a list of your templates for recurring transactions, together with their associated accounts, amounts, and quantities.

 

Unlink any recurring transaction templates that use the account if you need to remove it from your chart of accounts. Check if recurring transactions are associated with the account you want to delete. Open a list of recurring templates.
