I’m delighted to have you here in the Community, @Kaos55.

I’ll walk you through running a GST report by class in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, we have an option to customise our reports to show the specific details we want in a report. That said, let’s customise your report to ascertain the Class when pulling this up.

Here’s how:

  1. From the left navigation pane, select the Reports menu.
  2. Look for a GST report you want to run from the search bar.
  3. Click the Customise button.
  4. Click the Filter dropdown.
  5. Checked the Class filter, and from the dropdown select either AllSpecifiedNot Specified, or the specific class you want to track.
  6. Press the Run report.

I also added this article for detailed information: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online

Moreover, learn to save your customised report by memorising this in your QBO file. This way, you’ll not have to go through the same process again and will be able to save up more time. Though the article is from the US the steps are still the same: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online

Stay in touch if you need further assistance with running reports. I’m just one post away from assisting you. Have a great day!
