You can generate a transaction list report to show the balance of your suppliers in QuickBooks Online.

Let's pull up and customize your Supplier Balance Detail report to display the transactions making up the total balance of a certain supplier name. I'll show you how.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Enter Supplier Balance Detail in the Search text area.
3. Open the report shown in the suggestion.
4. Select Customize.
5. Under Report period, select the date of transactions you want to show up in your report.
6. Click Run report.
