TAGS ARE BROKEN IN QBO. A RECENT UPDATE HAS RENDERED MY CLIENTS CUSTOM REPORT BLANK. When will this be fixed?

Tags are assigned on each invoice issued. We built a custom report by tag group which is used to calculate commission on supplement sales. This custom report is no longer working and "Tags" is no longer available to select when building custom report. When will this be fixed?

    Before anything else, may I know which country version of your QuickBooks Online International account? Knowing this would enable us to provide an appropriate solution.

     

    Please note that the Tags feature's availability varies by region. It’s possible that it has been discontinued in your area, which might be why your custom report isn’t functioning and the Tags option is missing when you try to create custom reports.

     

    Furthermore, I can see its relevance to your business, so I'd recommend sending feedback to our product engineers. Our dedicated development team will carefully review your idea and may consider it for future updates. 

     

    To submit your suggestion regarding tags:

     

    1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
    2. Type in your product suggestions.
    3. Select Next to submit.
