Hello there, @prabhuprakash.ra. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to generate a GSTR1 report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, could you tell me if you encounter any error messages when attempting to generate a GSTR 1 report in QBO? Any details you can add is a great help so I can provide a timely solution.

In the meantime, we can perform some browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Experiencing odd behaviours when doing tasks in QBO is sometimes caused by a piled-up cache in your browser. The initial step to this is using an incognito mode. This does not store cache and will provide a clean slate. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once signed in, go to the Reports menu, scroll down to GST returns section and select GSTR1. If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the stored junk files. If not, you can utilize other supported browsers or devices. Might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

For more info about running a GSTR1 report, feel free to check this article: Know more about GSTR-1 Summary and Detailed reports in QuickBooks.

The program also allows you to modify the reports you run based on your preferences. To get started, simply select the Customise button located at the upper right part of the report page.

Let me know how the recommendation works. Don't hesitate to get back here if you have any other concerns about running GSTR 1 report in QBO. I'm always around the corner to help. Have a good day ahead.
