When you are sending report emails from modern view the recipient receives the attachment as null

I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps to help your recipient view the attachment seamlessly, faisalshivani.

When you send the report, input your email address in the CC field to get a copy. Let me show you the steps to complete this task:

1. On the report screen, click the Envelope icon to display the Print, email, or save as PDF window.
2. From there, tap the Email button to open the Email Report screen.
3. Input your email address in the CC field to get a copy and press the Send button.

Next, open the attachment to confirm if you see the same error message. If you end up with the same result, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care for further assistance. They can perform a screen-sharing session to pinpoint where the issue is coming from. Then assist you in applying a permanent resolution to prevent the error from happening again.

To obtain the contact information:

1. Navigate to the Help icon in the upper right of your company to display the support window.
2. In the Assistant tab, type a brief description of your concern in the field box and click the chat to a human link for further help.
3. From the support options, select Start a chat to initiate a conversation with our specialists.
