Why are some deposits showing up on the balance while others arent? Tried to bring up the balance sheet by customer

Under current assets for a customer for example, one deposit is showing in the bank account while another isnt. However, both figures are showing up in the liabilities as they are monies held on account for those customers

For me to give the best solution, may I ask if you made the deposits manually or if they were downloaded from the bank? Also, on what page of QuickBooks Online do you mean with the balance?

 

Lastly, can you please provide us with some screenshots of the set up in the bank deposits that show up in your balance and those that don't?
