I'll help you resolve this, userazam-access1.

 

The inactive accounts will show if the report columns and rows are filtered to All. You can adjust the filter of your Balance Sheet to show active accounts only. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. From the Business overview section, choose Balance Sheet.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. Set the appropriate reporting date, then go to the Rows/Columns section.
  5. Click the Show non-zero or active only drop-down menu, select Active for rows and columns.
  6. Hit Run report.
