Hello there, stepsfirst. I'd be glad to provide information and offer troubleshooting steps to resolve your concerns.

The reason your entries are showing as "split" in the report is due to the presence of multiple line items within each entry. Each line item is classified under its corresponding account, resulting in the split categorization.

As for your second concern, if your balance is still showing as overdue despite having made a payment, it could be due to the payment amount applied. Please check and ensure that the correct amount has been fully applied to the outstanding balance.

If everything is correct and the issue persists, the problem you're experiencing is a possible cause of a cache issue. Browsers store cached data to speed up page loading, but over time, this accumulation can lead to unusual behavior within the program.

To fix this, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito or private browser window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try to create and send the invoice again. If it's successful, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
