Hello there, @usertimmy.

I'm here to provide some insights about your cost of sale.

Your cost of sales varies on the transaction date of your transaction.

Please make sure to review your transactions for a certain month.

If you won't still be able to see the transactions in the said report. I'd suggest you reach our Customer Support Team to check your account in a secure way and check why you're not seeing this in your report. Here's how:

  1. Select (?) Help.
  2. In the QB Assistant enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Select to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat 24/7 (M-F).
    • Ask the community available 24/7 (M-F) to get help from businesses like yours. you can check our help articles about managing your account in QBO.
