Can I add description details in statement of account?

I can guide you in showing the description details on the statement of accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), account.

When creating statements, we can change your sales content settings to display description details on the statement of accounts (SAO). Let me walk you through it using the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Navigate to the Sales tab and scroll down to the Statements section.
3. Click the pencil icon to edit and toggle on the List each transaction including all detail lines to display this information on your statements.
4. Hit the Save button and Done.
   

    

After that descriptions will show under the Activity column together with the other information of your invoice.
