Thank you for joining the Community, @kamarchand. I'd be glad to assist you with how we can match the closing balance of your bank accounts in your Balance sheet.

In QuickBooks Online, the Balance sheet report will follow the home currency amounts. If you want to change the foreign currency rate from your accounts so it will match on the balance sheet, you'll need to revalue accounts to the current market rate. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and settings.
  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Currency section, select the Manage Currencies hyperlink.
  4. Click the Edit currency exchange dropdown from the Action column.
  5. Choose Revalue currency.
  6. Then select Revalue and save.
