Hello, email10.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. The digital resilience bonus (DRB) was announced as part of the Fortitude Budget, announced on 26th May 2020. F&B and retail businesses that adopt digital solutions are eligible for up to S$10,000 of the bonus.

Here's are the criteria to qualify for Digital Resilience Bonus:

  • Your business UEN has to fall under food service or retail sector as at 26 May 2020
  • Your business UEN has to be incorporated on or before 26 May 2020
  • Your UEN needs to have an active PayNow Corporate Account
  • Your UEN has to be on the Peppol e-invoicing network

For more information on your business eligibility, find out more here.

Also, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account in a secure session and explain further regarding the DRB.

Hello there, @Ejin.

I'd like to get you pointed in the right direction to guide you on how to register your company for the  Digital Resilience Bonus (DRB).

To help you on how to register your company for DRB, I suggest contacting the Singapore Government agency. They'll be able to provide the actions that need to be taken for the registration procedure.

Here's a link that provides an overview on how you can apply for DRB along with the numbers to call on how to register: Where can I seek help to understand how to fulfil the eligibility criteria?
