Being able to pull up reports as you need them is an important part of business practice and managing your books, so I want to make sure that you're able to do so when using QuickBooks Online. I've got a few troubleshooting ideas for you and will let you know the steps to resolve this issue.

 

When you come across the green spinning circle and it seems like QuickBooks Online is perpetually loading, that can be caused by a few different things. Often, it's an easy fix by troubleshooting the cache, browser, app, or Internet, which can impact the program's performance. Here are steps you can take to rule out those kinds of causes.

If after each of those you're still seeing the spinning green circle, I recommend touching base with QuickBooks Online support using one of the following methods.

 

Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant> click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
