Accountants copy password

My accountant says that the password I used on my accountants copy doesn't work, can I reset it?

The first step to try would be to generate the accountant copy once more. If the error is still present, then you would need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to assist you in making sure all is set up properly for you to transfer this file to your accountant as smoothly as possible.
