accounts receivable report filtered by rep missing customers

When I complete an A/R Aging Summary FULL report I have all our customers listed BUT when I go to filter by each of our Sales Reps (Rep filter) some customers are not listed on the Rep individual report.  Yet, they were on the full report.

 

I have looked at all the customer profile and individual invoice details against other customers and see no difference.

 

Any advice, suggestion would be appreciated.
