Hello firozeh_r-yahoo-,

This is a great question. Knowing not only how to work with the features in QuickBooks Online to organize your data but also where you can then see that data afterward is an important part of keeping on top of your work. It sounds to me like you're using the banking feed or Receipts option in the Transactions/Banking tab, and I'd be happy to explain what happens to these transactions afterward.

Whether you're working with the bank feed or Receipts option, these give you the option to create or match transactions from that feed to your books, which you can then see through reports and the Sales or Expenses menus. When you categorize a transaction from the feed, the program then creates an entry in your books for that transaction or matches it to an existing entry if that's what you've chosen to do.

With that in mind, seeing these transactions in your reports later is a matter of running the kind of report you're looking for. For instance, if you wanted to see expenses and bills, you could run a report from the What you owe or Expenses and suppliers section of the Reports tab on the left.

I've got a few articles here that can walk you through these features in more detail. I encourage you to read through these when you have a moment.

I hope this has been helpful. If not, please feel free to share more detail about what you mean in a reply on this thread. I'll keep an eye out for follow-up from you. Take care!
