All Sales orders excluding one item

I am trying to create a report to show the net amount of all sales orders (open and closed) for a rep, split by month, whereas it needs to exclude one item. Each time I try to filter the report to remove the one item, it clears the entire report. How do I achieve getting this report to populate the data I need?

Thanks for reaching out about your reports. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can see the profit of your business. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these reports.

 

For help with these reports going blank after selecting to omit a product, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Dekstop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the report you've generated with you in a secure setting to assist in getting all the information to display correctly.
